I heard on one of Ori's radio shows recently that he does not think fish oil is effective at all, and can actually be harmful.  Does anyone else know this to be true?   I have been taking fish oil supplements for a while now because of the omega fatty acids and since I am not a fan of seafood.  Any input would be appreciated...Thanks

I don't know about the fish oil, but you could always buy flax seeds and make your own meal.  It's A LOT cheaper (at least where I'm at).

If you do not like fish, other great sources of omega-3 are flax seeds, walnuts, and organic grass-fed eggs and meat.
