I was looking at all the people who water fast during the day and such and was wondering when you guys eat your fruit, as Ori recommends no fruit at main meal.

Undecided I just noticed I don't really eat much fruit.
I think I've only eaten fruit once or twice in my window, at the very beginning. I waited an hour or before continuing to eat after that, so I guess it might not really count.
Good question though, I'll have to think about my current lack of fruit eating.

Yea.

I don't eat fruit unless I eat during the day, but I have been water fasting during the day for like 2.5 weeks now.

And how's that working out for you?  I practice that as well and love it.  Great results from water intermediate fasting.

Pretty good. It's very easy for me now to not think about food all day, and be fine.
It helps with the weight loss. I have noticed an increase in weight loss per couple of days while fasting all day.

Do you also skip the fruit during your main meal now?  Because I thought you threw in fresh fruit technically after you main meal, but still during the overeating phase.  I've been doing that and havne't seen any downsides as of yet, but I've only been doing it for about a week, so def not enough time to make any sound conclusions.

I keep hearing about people having libido problems on the warrior diet. What could be the cause of it? not enough fat/nuts? or is the warrior diet just not compatible with high libido (Ori does sell test. supplement) Doesnt sound too warrior like? not trying to put the diet down as it does work for fat loss, etc, but the libido question?

As far as libido is concerned its probably because sexing on a stomach full of food is really, REALLY awkward.

As far as libido goes, I notice the biggest (positive) difference with more fat and less carbohydrates(no starch, no sugar, for consecutive days).  You also don't "bloat" as much if you have some water after your main meal, which definitely makes a big difference as far as "awkwardness" goes lol.  Just remember to brush your teeth really well, I don't believe acetone breath is the biggest turn on lol.

I think just has a crazy fascination with almonds, and with his average activity level, I'm sure he makes better use of the extra carbs than your average folk.  In my opinion, eggs, fish, avocados, and coconut oil are all superior for bumping up the fat without the carbs than nuts.  To finish a meal, you are also going to get a lot less carbs per total calories with a high-fat yogurt like greek god's and some super dark chocolate than nuts.

When it comes to fruit, I save it for a small amount PWO, and generous helpings at the start of a high carb day, and then wait 30 minutes to have my salad.  I also do water fasting, so some days I do not have any fruit, but I don't believe fruit is the absolute most crucial thing to eat either.  It's good, just not crucial every day.  Fruit is not as plentiful in the wild either as one would think as I noticed watching a discovery channel program the other day about some native tribe.  Vitamin C is usually the biggest concern, and there is plenty of that in broccoli, spinach, etc.  And all the best phytosterols are in celery from what I've read as well.
