ooooohhhh, very good, indeed.

take a can of purred butternut-squash and add a teaspoon of organic butter, cinnamon, stevia or maple syrup, vanilla extract and a scoop of the warrior whey protein powder. 
it kind of tastes like apple butter.  As for what to put it with, the possibilities are endless!
I personally put some pecans or walnuts in it.  Sometimes I put it in a bowl of oatmeal and then add almond butter on top while it's hot.
I also find it makes a great undereating phase snack, minus the nuts of course.
