I am 40 and very active. I have had my test. bumped up by a doctor, but I look/feel estrogenic. I have WAY too much body fat. I have been doing Zone with no luck. Would AED or WD or WD for fat Loss be better fit? Also I have been on medical Marijuana for about 5 years. I know marijuana can be estrogenic, but I have tried everything prior to finding it, and my doctor really believes that nothing on current market can help. With Testoerone being boosted, if I do AED with supplements can this work for fat loss/muscle tone?

WD & AED are "basically" the same thing.  AED goes a little more in-depth imo.  I suggest reading them both.  I would start with AED.  I tried WD first, but I had trouble adjusting.  Then I did a 3 week detox (Phase I AED style) and really cleaned my body up.  I lost aroudn 16 pounds in 3 weeks and eliminated pretty much all craving for crummy food.  That is the major benefit I believe.  Phase I AED made the transition A LOT easier.  AED also goes more in detail as to what you can eat when, so it helps the learning curve.
