I read somewhere that bell peppers are noted to carry at least 11 types of pesticides in them.  Pretty scary.
Since it gets expensive, this is a good guide to use on the worst to least amounts and help you navigate in the produce section.  Lately Ive become very pro-organic and concerned about these chemicals.

Ive seen stories of cotton farmers in India get so ill from spraying the chemicals and they are very poor there and how expensive they are to these people.  It is so destructive to these farmers all over the world its sickening.

Lifestyles like the WD are great because they are environmentally sound as Ori promotes eating organic pesticide-free food. 
The best we can do is continue to buy organic as this is what you call "voting with dollars".

If the sticker starts with a “4” it is conventional, if a “9” it is organic.
I cant remember what number frankenfood (GMO) starts with.
