Hello,

I am an athlete and have been preparing myself for a competition - my specialty is the 400 metres. I am a little overweight, which causes me to become tired around the 250m mark and drop off the pace. Are there any products that can help increase my stamina - legally? Your guidance is needed.

Yandriks, first if you're overweight then you need to lose the weight first. I'll tell you that if you follow the Warrior Diet consistently you'll have a lot more energy, and when you run if you do it on an empty stomach you'll have more potential to burn fat. If you want to take a supplement for an additional boost the best thing that I've ever used and still do is good digestive enzymes immedietly before meals, and protease enzymes throughout the fasting cycle several times per day. These enzymes will utilize the food that you eat better, which means greater nitrogen retention which= greater protein synthesis(an anabolic effect similar to Testosterone use); also if you are using these during the fast then it has a great anti-inflammatory effect, and a thermogenic(fat burning) effect too.

This was in the Denver Post a while ago... http://www.denverpost.com/ci_8913982?source=rss
