Ori says to pretty much end the main meal when you feel more thirsty than hungry. I like to make soups in the slow cooker (love my slow cooker) my soups have lots of carrots, celery, onions and usually chicken (once and a while I mix it up with beef). Does the liquid in the soup affect your thirst? Should you avoid drinking the broth until you have your fill of the main contents?
