When you get older you can be fit and strong and healthy.   It doesn't matter if these folks never followed the Warrior Diet. The point is you do what works for you.  The common thread that appears to be true between all these super seniors is a life-long commitment of natural living base on — a healthy diet of only natural foods, exercise both cardiovascular and weight-bearing, positive thinking and a strong spiritual life.

Here are some examples of staying strong your whole life.  All you young guys and gals out there especially in your teens and twenties take notice.  Start when you're young.  No mater what age you are, it is never too late!  No matter what, never ever, EVER give up!

Give a man a fish and you feed him once. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.

A strong man helps himself. The stronger man helps others.

Yesterday was wood, tomorrow ash, only the fire of today burns brightly.
