but i think it should go without saying WD is NOT going to give you giant muscles, muscular hypertrophy is an adaptation to a given stressor, namely big weights.
lately i've done very little of anytihg else apart from lifting, just cause it's fun i guess, now i train to keep small(ish) so maximise strength to weight ratio but i've still gotten very big spinal erectors from it, namely because they're stabilisers in most movements.
so i would say that it wont cause noticeable muscular hypertrophy, but it will definately allow it.
i do eat protein like crazy now, just cause i crave it but i'm sure that helps.
