Hi Guys

I will be starting Monday 12/22/08-

A little back ground My highest weight was 362 lbs back in Jan 2005, I did the atkins diet and got down to 329 lbs.
In Dec 2005 I had the lap band done. Works well and got down to 267 Lbs (April 06 ). As of today Sunday I have regained alot of weight ( 311.2 lbs). My problem is what I eat and I do have a sweet tooth. Hopefully this diet will give me some guidence and put me back on the right track. I will check in on Monday with my offical start weight.
