I used a Tea Tree oil shampoo that confirmed is an Endocrine disruptor http://www.nih.gov/news/pr/jan2007/niehs-31.htm (http://www.nih.gov/news/pr/jan2007/niehs-31.htm).  Used for 3 years before I found this link.  All the while my libido crashed, Testosterone levels sunk (blood work to confirm), Total Estrogens above max range (blood work confim), constant bloating and constipation.

One year after stopping the shampoo I have zero constipation, zero bloating...however libido still low.  Testosterone and Total Estrogens are still extreme ends of ranges...T is barely above min range and Total Es are above max range.

I think I need to burn this fat in order to get my hormones back into ideal situation.

Also, is Soy sauce a big no no?  The low sodium kind?

I ordered the book and just waiting on it.

Thanks

I'm sure you have the book by now, but I would say you are.  I'm surprised some more experienced people haven't posted.  Also,  I've read AED and WD.  If I recall correctly, The Warrior Diet touches more on the libido side of diets.  I could be wrong, but if you get through AED and still feel a bit in the dark, you may try reading the WD or posting over there on their forum (not sure how much people watch both).
