Vitex, PCOS, and AE diet

I have PCOS, and have been reading alot about the benefits of the herb Vitex (Chaste Tree Berry). I was wondering if this herbal supplement would interfere with the AE diet? I haven't read anything about it increasing estrogen. Does anyone know?
