Hello all

I have read the book and I have decided I want to give this a crack. It will be a shift in lifestyle but it will suit me more. Just dont have time to eat 6 meals a day anymore let alone prepare them.

Very little is mentioned about training in the morning? I prefer to get my workout done in the morning. Gets my energy levels up and I find it harder to train in the evenings.

What should I change? Perhaps add a whey shake with water after the workout? Combine it with milk for a few carbs straight after?

Looking very forward to this new change. Going to give it a bash for 6 months and reasses.

There is plenty of both awesome information and examples that fit your case precisely on this forum. Simply search "recovery meals" in the forum search feature and you will have it made.

I am in the same boat I am just now starting this diet. I also workout in the morning.

I just purchased the book and waiting for it to show up. Just wanted to little insight so I could start this faster.
