My Chiropractor has suggested I start the Warrior diet. I have about 40lbs of fat to lose, aches and pains in joints etc. The serious impute I need is mostly from those that have worked on creating the warrior diet or any medical persons that have used it.

I suffer from Bipolar disorder. My Chiropractor is unsure if the WD would adversely effect my condition. I also have a tendency to get hypoglycemic if I don't eat or put something in my stomach every few hours or so. How would that be effected by the WD?

Thank you for your help in advance.

Agh, I've been meaning to chime in on this forever. Here we go:
Fasting is a stressor. It raises levels of cortisol. If stress adversely affects your bipolar disorder, I would keep that in mind.
I'm a reactive hypoglycemic, and the warrior diet has helped alot with blood sugar lows and highs. Undereating on light foods during the day has helped immensely, but I can still get reactions if I eat fruit by itself. With the help of Dtherios (I think thats the mods name) I tend to get more light protein like yogurt, etc.
Give it a shot, let us know how it works out.
