Personally, after tremendous success with fat loss, I'm trying to apply 'Unlock Your Muscle Gene' principles for hypertrophy. After gaining a few pounds of lean muscle, with a strength-based kettle bell protocol, I am currently utilizing the same nutritional approach in conjunction with a hypertrophy-based kettlebell program. Just finished week 4 of the 12 week program.

In more impressive news, over the past month or so, my cousin lost thirty pounds utilizing 'The Warrior Diet Fat Loss Plan.' Now in his second cycle of the three-week program, he feels the difference. After telling him to lose some weight first, he now wants me to recommend a fitness program to continue his success. If you read the previous paragraph, you may automatically assume that it will involve kettlebells. It will, but some bodyweight exercise will also be present.

Since neither one of us will be training for the Olympics soon, well at least I won't, I'll suggest a pre-habilitative approach for general physical preparedness (GPP). With his nutritional strategy becoming habit, and a sound exercise practice, his success will be inevitable.

Similarly, I'd like contribute towards the success of this website. After all, this approach to nutrition and lifestyle isn't exactly commonplace. With that in mind, I figured I'd bore you with current events to initiate a thread or, better yet, have someone start another thread!

Either way, I intend to bore you again soon.
