Week Seven Update

Scale Weight: 69.6kg
Week Four/Five Loss: 1.7kg (3.74 lbs)
Total Weight Loss: 7.7kg (16.94 lbs)

Week Three BF%: 13.0%


Thoughts:

Well, been doing the school thing and while it's not a big difference, I'd say it definitely increases hunger a bit. I've been super busy and haven't really had time for my workouts since I started, but I'm a lot more active physically throughout the day, so it seems to have balanced out a bit. I'd like to start getting some strength training back in though to help preserve muscle. Energy levels are still good, and all around feeling great!

Week Eight Update

Scale Weight: 68.5kg
Week Eight Loss: 1.1kg (2.42 lbs)
Total Weight Loss: 8.8kg (19.36 lbs)

Week Eight BF%: 12.0%


Thoughts:

Well it's been two months since I started. I think I may stop updating here since my path has strayed considerably away from the Warrior Diet. I do eat only once per day, and it's usually at night, but that's about all of the similarities that remain. I'm really glad that I started the Warrior Diet, though, because I don't think I would have really noticed intermediate fasting otherwise. In any case, everything is going well. I've been in school, and have been super busy, but have not seen any problems with concentration, hunger, energy levels, etc. I still do a complete fast apart from my one meal. I've seen about a 20lb loss in two months, which is great. My caliper readings vary pretty widely, but I'm not worried about muscle loss at all. I feel great and I'm looking better every day. Should be getting very close to a maintenance weight within a few weeks, which is great. Alright, that's it for now. (By the way, just noticed that I didn't change some of the week numbers in my last couple of posts when I copied/pasted  Tongue)
