Week Eight BF%: 12.0%Thoughts:Well it's been two months since I started. I think I may stop updating here since my path has strayed considerably away from the Warrior Diet. I do eat only once per day, and it's usually at night, but that's about all of the similarities that remain. I'm really glad that I started the Warrior Diet, though, because I don't think I would have really noticed intermediate fasting otherwise. In any case, everything is going well. I've been in school, and have been super busy, but have not seen any problems with concentration, hunger, energy levels, etc. I still do a complete fast apart from my one meal. I've seen about a 20lb loss in two months, which is great. My caliper readings vary pretty widely, but I'm not worried about muscle loss at all. I feel great and I'm looking better every day. Should be getting very close to a maintenance weight within a few weeks, which is great. Alright, that's it for now.
