Even cheating a very little, I've gotten almost 30 pounds off in 6 months.  My BP is down and I sleep only 5 or so hours per night.  No longer fall asleep in the afternoons and THAT'S great.  Feeling somewhat better every day.  Ori is the MAN!!

Hey, that's great to hear! It's always nice to be reassured that this diet is something that you can really stick with for the long term, so I love hearing from the long-timers here. Keep up the great work!

OMG!  260 (down from 295) at the doctor!  Blood pressure 116/82, down from 144/100.  Cut my BP med in half!! I think Ori saved my life!

Warrior Diet  +  exercise bike 6 days/week  +  weights 2 day/week  = lifesaver

Ori, you are a true gift from God!

Thanks Stand !  Your Delivering.

I appreciate the post on how you are doing with the WD.  I started at 293 this week.  As of today, I am down to 289.  BP is already lower, checked yesterday at 115/53 with pulse of 62.  No meds.

Keep trucking!
