Finished the book, Ori is really on to something, makes loads of sense. This is where I'm at so far...

6'1 225lbs  20%bf
GOAL (long term): 195lbs, 10%bf in 6-8 months.

Day 1:
Undereating Phase:
Coffee
Acai berry extract
Low Sodium V-8.
some nuts in the afternoon.

Overeating Phase:
Raw carrots
2 chicken breasts
bowl of pasta
2 protein shakes (later at night)

Day 2:
AM
Bio greens
Coffee
Noon:
Post workout: whey protein w/ water +1 1/2 piece of wheat bread
Post workout 2 (1hr later): protein w/ water1 1/2 piece of wheat bread
Afternoon:
Orange
Raw carrots
Plain Yogurt
PM:
1/2 raw green pepper
Large serving of hamburger helper (i know its processed, but i didnt have access to better stuff)
2 servings whey protein w/ milk
package of Microwave popcorn and diet soda.

Ok, I have to weed out the garbage, but other than that, I think I have the gist of this program. Question is, during these phases, should one ingest everything at once? Or at specific intervals? Any clarity would help. Thanks!
