Hello again

i was wondering on the high fat day and my overeating meal. How am i suppose to consume 100g protein in this meal when i cant get it from meat. Since im practising Oris version with only veggies almost. Beans i cant eat since its a lot of carbs. Eggs and Dairy ? i then have to eat 25 eggs or something and ALOT of cottage cheese. So how am i doing this?

Really it is not a task to reach 100g protein in a high fat meal.

By incorporating avocado, olives, nuts(almonds, walnuts, pecans etc) with eggs and cheese you can easily reach the amount of protein you desire. Yet lets not forget to add some color as well  Smiley

yes, but all off the above is also loaded with fat. Since i want to loose weight and fat i have to reduce calories. So i want to much fat with the protein. All the sources u mention is equal with fat and protein.
