 Cool
Another quetion -

Ori says that the big meal should be late in the evening... now, still 2 hours before bed time...
I realized that for me it works much better if I eat around 5 o'clock (sometimes I go to bed at 9.30 (I get up at 4 am)... If I eat later I don't sleep as well and I wake up tired and with swollen face (a little).
It also worked much better for me as far as losing weight...

So, would that still be ok with the hormonal rythm?
I would like to keep my biggest meal around 5 pm for long term... but I wanna make sure it's ok with hormones, too.

Thank You

Tita, 5 p.m. is fine.  You don't have to eat late, late.  My evening meal varies between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., just depending on my schedule.
