I can tell you that when i do a complete fast throughout the day,then i will not only feel and look leaner,i would also have great energy levels and also eat more during the overeating.It seems that for me and daisygg the complete fast is working better

I started working out last week also. This week I am committing to 4-20 minute sessions along with daily dog walks. Doesn't sound like too much, but I am waaaaay out of shape (last week's sessions nearly killed me!
) and need to start in a reasonable way. I'm using Jackie Warner's new DVD (can't help it; I'm a fan). My daughter is doing it with me and she said, "Jeez! I feel like I worked out way harder than when we would go to the gym and spend 40 minutes doing cardio and then hitting the machines." I agree.
I am really loving being a warrior.
