I stumbled on this a few weeks ago when someone mentioned it in passing. I did some googling, bought Ori's book, and here I am.

I started experimenting with undereating/overeating a few weeks ago to see how I would react to it and holy crapinoli, I loved it immediately.

I have coffee in the morning and then nothing the rest of the day. During the day I have tea, more coffee, lots of water. If I feel a need for something else I've been having broth, but it is pretty high in sodium so I've only done it a few times.

Here are my results up to now:

I am beyond excited about this whole thing.

I forgot to say this . . . !

The things I am loving about this is the lack of obsessing I am doing. I have no choices to make since the only choice is nothing. I love it. Actually, that's why I've decided to not eat at all during the undereating phase.

Another thing I love is the ENERGY. Tons of it. Love that.

great work Smiley

a word of warning though, ori recommends enzyme loading during the day, you might get ill if you don't include enough raw fruit n veg.

I can tell you that when i do a complete fast throughout the day, then i will not only feel and look leaner,i would also have great energy levels and also eat more during the overeating. It seems that for me and daisygg the complete fast is working better

I am leaving that option open for myself, but up to now I haven't felt the need for anything during the day.

By ill do you mean weak and shaky? So far none of that. The exact opposite. I'm even beginning to enjoy the empty feeling rather than always feeling kinda stuffed.

Yep, I'm with you fotakou; the complete daily fast is working great.

I started working out last week also. This week I am committing to 4-20 minute sessions along with daily dog walks. Doesn't sound like too much, but I am waaaaay out of shape (last week's sessions nearly killed me!  Cheesy) and need to start in a reasonable way. I'm using Jackie Warner's new DVD (can't help it; I'm a fan). My daughter is doing it with me and she said, "Jeez! I feel like I worked out way harder than when we would go to the gym and spend 40 minutes doing cardio and then hitting the machines." I agree.

I am really loving being a warrior.

naww, i didn't mean weak and shaky, more along the lines of congested and tired.

but if it works for you without fruit then, it was just a suggestion. more for long term maintenance of health. but go with your instincts, your body knows best.

i actually am coming to think complete fasting is better.  being out all day today and away from fruit, i didn't have any and i feel better in myself despite it being quite a shit day.

i've noticed before that i lose fat better that way, but i tend to get congested after about a week.

i think i may try having fruit prior to my evening meal, see if i can get the best of both.
