this is for ori or the moderators, but all contribution will be appreciated
i have read warrior diet and cft but i'm not really satisfied with the information about tendons
i see good logic in it but could you perhaps provide a list of exercises and directions for a workout specific to developing tendons and ligament, i found the cft ebook to be quite brief to be honest. i expected a big expansion of what was included in warrior diet with detailed diagrams etc
i have tried to get this information from other sources but there's not much available on the subject.
