Specifically, the overeating phase.

3 days during the week, I work at night until 10:00 pm (and soon 5 :/) and then I go home and make my food, eat and then go to bed so I'm not going to sleep at 12:30 or later.

On the nights that I work late, would it be okay to start my overeating phase at 8:00 pm (salad and broccoli) and then when I get home have my salsa/avacado, beans, fish and grains?

Or, would it be okay for me to make meals in advance and reheat them when I get home?

Also, my meal at night has been going as follows:
1 big salad with a vinaigrette dressing
1 big bowl of broccoli
1/2 avocado with two spoons of salsa mashed in
1 cup of beans
1 cup of grains
or 1 cup of beans, 1/2 cup of grains and 8 oz. of pan seared salmon.

Does that seem good for a phase one meal? I'm planning on trying some of the recipes on the forum and some of the Warrior Diet book meals as well later this week.

sounds great to me. i realy dont think you need a cup of grains. its a personal preference, but the beans should do the trick for carbs. grains are not needed as much. brown rice once and awhile is fine and nutritous.
