i have an aim to hit 30mph in my sprints hopefully by september and i would like to ask an opinion on the suitability of CFT for this

i thik CFT will be an asset in holding top speeds for periods of time through the sheer focus it develops, but i have read that workouts intent on improving speed should be done without fatigue and with as much rest in between exercises as neccessary.

this is from peak performance that i read this.

but maybe training under fatigue will make it easier when competing?

what do you make of it?

thanks

I would love to find out more on this subject myself.

I wanted yell thanks for everything that i have learned so far out of both this life changing diet and training cycle. The CFT frog jumps have improved my jump height numerously! Both of my biggest hobbies skateboarding and snowboarding overall performances have flourished with the extra height improvement! I feel unstoppable not being fatigued easily and while most of my friends rest i can not find enough time to sit down i have so much energy flowing through me. I believe this lifestyle has become one of the best things to have fallen into my life's journey.

I am having a hard time getting the frog jump technique down.  Could someone please explain it in better detail?  Thanks

it's basically squats with a jump and a resricted range

you squat down, ass below your knees then initiate a jump but stay in that position or as similar as possible.

i find it's easiest to anchor your scapulae and put your arms out to the sides for balance.

i think he said something in the book like, 'hopping behind a hedge' that's the easiest way to explain it really, jumping behind a bush trying not to be seen

lol it's easier to do than to explain trust me lol

hope this helps
