I’ve been incorporating kettlebell exercises into the new CFT workout program.  Sometimes at the beginning of a drill I’ll start out with kettlebell swings or snatches for 60 seconds and then go right into heavy barbell cleans & jerks (some days I’ll substitute the barbell clean & jerk with heavy kettlebell cleans & presses).  I’ve found that in order to keep the intensity high without reaching failure you’ll need to use several kettlebells of different weights.  By the time I reach the 2nd and 3rd shock drill, I need to reduce the weight I’m using.
