1  Warrior Diet / Q and A / 2nd shift on: November 08, 2007, 07:17:39 PM
I have been on the WD for a week and I love it. The problem is I am going back to 2nd shift next week. My hours will be from 2:30-11:00. I normally work 2nd shift I just had to go to 1st for a couple of weeks.

I usually go to bed around 1:00 and get up around 9:00. My plan is to eat my meal around 11:30 to 12:00 during the day. This is the only time that I see that I can eat it.

I know I could eat my meal at work but I would have to reheat it in the microwave. I am not big on reheating anything especially if its going to be my only meal of the day.

I don't want to fix a meal when I get home.

I guess my question is how much will I still benefit from the WD eating this way.

I am not on this to lose weight. I am not a big eater I just want to live a healthy lifestyle.
