Water is one of the most important factors when becoming and staying healthy and vibrant. Our bodies are 70% water and our blood is 94% water - if we follow the recommendation to drink at least two litres of water per day and this water is acid and polluted - imagine what this will do to our bodies?!

Coconut Water - An Amazing After Workout Drink

the water is very clear and it comes from young coconuts. The meat of the coconut is what produces the coconut milk–so as the coconut ages it produces more meat. The coconut water is fat-free (a total win). My friend swears by coconut water. She drinks about 3 glasses a day and still takes in about eight gasses of water as well.

Drink around a half gallon of water a day and even more if you can. Sure, that’s a lot of water, but believe it or not, it’s that water you need for the energy you need to gain weight! Dehydration can lead to all sorts of health problems, including less stamina at the gym.

When I was in my 20's, I used to have a nice six pack. I would basically do sit ups and crunches every day in the evening while watching TV. The other part to getting great abs is eliminating the fat around your belly if there is any. The best way to get rid of the fat is to eat a healthy diet and do plenty of cardio exercise to burn the fat.
