Warrior Diet / Q and A / Re: evening meal timing

First, it depends on how long ago it was when you started, because as far as other people have told me, there is a starting period in the warrior diet where your body is adjusting to it. Also, I would try to give the evening meal more time. I ate all the calories I need in 1 hour and I was shoveling it in as fast as I could. It sounds to me that you are not getting all the calories in that you need.

Hello I heard that the Warrior Diet takes 3-4 weaks to make process. Is that true? I tried it for 2 weeks but did by not eating anything for my undereating phase, but did not make any progress, am I doing something wrong, or is that normal?

Warrior Diet / Q and A / Warrior Diet and healthy growth

Hi I'm 16, and I'm thinking about giving the Warrior Diet a try. Some people say I shoud'nt, and some say it won't affect my growth, but I may have touble putting on more muscle mass. I spoke with a fellow Warrior Diet follower, and he said he started it at around the age of 15! This reminds me of the spartans life style. Throughout a young spartan's life he was extremely underfed, but if being underfed would stunt your growth, then would'nt we hear something in the battle of Thermoplea about the 300 spartans beeing short? What do you guys think?

in the way people normally measure time in the Warrior diet that 24hrs. would be a 14 hour fast, when you don't include sleep time, would that be enough time for be to get the full benefits of the Warrior Diet?

Warrior Diet / Q and A / Undereating Minimum?
|

I know that Maximum for undereating is 16-18hrs., but what is the minimum hrs. to get the benefits of the Warrior Diet( I don't include sleep time, because that is when the overeating meal is being digested, and does not count as the undereating phase.) I hear alot of people just do the undereating phase for around 12 hrs., is that enough time?

I did. You should read the website Q&A Ori says its Ok to water Fast, and actually he says its alright to water fast in the book too. The warrior diet is about choices.

Warrior Diet / Q and A / Warrior Diet Scheduling
|

Hi Im new to this site, and the Warrior Diet. Im planning on not eating anything through my undereating phase. The only problem I have is the timing problem. I usually go to sleep at 10 PM, and wake up at 6 AM. My current bodyfat is 15-18% BF. How long would I need to fast to get my bodyfat to 5%? How could my shcedule work? I'm confused about how to timing system works.
