natural hunting and eating is the wet dream of most of the people on this forum!
Aint nothing wrong with a lot of meat boooiiii, I tend to lean more to the meat myself. IMHO natural meat is better than varied types of more "messed around with" meat. You lucky devil!

I dont wanna start World Diet War 3...
But it depends what you want, i follow WD when im not dieting specifically for something. It keeps you fit, clean and lean. If you want to build muscle then you need to bulk for optimal results, if you want to lose fat then you need to cut for optimal results. The WD incorperates ketogenic-esque methods for cutting fat in the book (fat days, cycling etc) which work well but if you want to get from A to B (thats current physique to required physique) as quick as possible then you could do better with a more task specific diet.
In simple terms, if you follow the WD on ETK then you will be fine, lean and strong. Probably healthier too than following a bodybuilding diet. And you can bulk its just not as easy.

Whey is great PWO, but after I have been reading a lot and another thing that they have found to be good is milk protien (caesin/whey), as caesin has a more anti-catabolic effect and digests slower. What you got is fine, but throw in a cottage cheese (also contains a lot of caesin) and you could be laughing.
