Warrior Diet / Q and A / Vitamin's and Stimulants

Does anyone use ginseng, vitamin B or something similar to give themselves a bit of an energy boost? I've found I'm dragging my feet of late so I was considering starting to use one of these or maybe a berocca in the morning although I'm not sure if the berocca would harm the under eating phase. Coffee is fantastic but something to cycle it with would be nice.
Much Love.

I sometimes indulge in a couple slices of whole meal bread with various combinations of butter, peanut butter and honey during my carb meals. Are those combinations bad for losing weight on the warrior diet?

Hi everyone. i haven't got The Warrior Diet book yet but i'm really anxious to try it. I'm 18 i train in Muay Thai 3 to 4 times a week and train with weights another 3 times a week. I'm trying the Warrior diet to see if it will help my energy levels and also to lose some stubborn fat that i just cant seem to get rid of with the usual calorie counting and 6 meals a day. my favorite meal by far is sushi will i be able to include that in my meal or is it out? also i enjoy a bit of takeaway once a week (macdonalds, pizza, chinese food) will i still be able to have my cheat meal? apart from that my diet mainly consists of rolled oats, egg white omelets, bananas, apples, grapes, whole meal pasta and bread, white and brown rice, steamed veggies and grilled lean meats. But like i said i just can't seem to lose this last bit of stubborn fat.
Cheers all
