I feel like I need to get more oil in my system.  Can I take oils during the a.m.?  My workout time is 12:00 noon.  I am adding N-3 fish oils, I use flax already.  However, someone told me that flax is estrogenic and to switch to hempseed oil.  My problem with hemp is the 3 to 1 N-6 to N-3 ratio.  Is that too high?

Get yourself some Cod Liver Oil; rich in good fats and vitamins A and D.

Flax oil is fine, but using flax seeds gives you way more benefits.  And yes you can take it anytime of day.
