Hi All, Just bought the book and am making a shopping list to get started. I have 3 issues I'd like to know if anyone has the answer to.

1st question-First of all the book mentions supplements to take,  estrogen inhibitors, milk thistle, dandelion root, amla c, shilajit, probiotics, multivitamins and minerals(magnesium, postassium) but never specifies how many mgs your suppose to take. So my first question is how many mgs on the supplements where theres more than 1 option?

2nd question-On the daily routine overview it tells you when to take the supplements and I didn't see milk thistle, dandelionn root, or shilajit even mentioned, so when do you take them?

3rd question-I saw hempseed and flaxseed oil on the food list for phase 1, however, I thought these items were incorporated in phase 2, I didn't see these items anywhere on the sample menu for phase 1. So are these for phase 1 or not?

Anybody have any idea?  Thanks

Jaden,  use the link below and make sure you read the information well and download the eating plan outline at the bottom of the newsletters.  That will answer your questions about dosage, etc.

I need help with knowing the mg of supplements as well.
I went through these news letters. Wew!
I found the dosage for magnesium, calcium and chrysin.

I still need the dosage for Milk Thistle, chamomile,& amla C.
I am not at home to look at what I bought. I already bought most of these in extract form if I am remembering my list correctly. Can you give me those amounts without another list of newsletters to go through. I bought the book and ran out to buy these extracts and will not be buying anything else without using what I have.
Thanks!

Pix, the milk thistle is up to you, as it's not necessarily a supplement that Ori tells you to take.  If you're going to take it, just make sure it's a good natural source and follow the label directions.  As for chamomile, it's pretty much the same, as we have that already in the dosage of our EstroX.  The Amla C, you can't go wrong with taking several of those a day.  I'd take at least 4 of them, but if you're dealing with any cold or whatever, you can take more.

I too, need help on the supplements - I bought the book, bought all the supplements listed in there - probiotics, dandelion, chlorophyll, milk thistle, DIM, Amla-C Plus, iron free one daily multivitamin/mineral.

I followed the "read this link" from November 20 and now - best regards to pixsidust - who obviously encountered the same problem but somehow found some references within the newsletters - I did not.

What I'm looking for is an easy way to see what and when and how much to take of the supplements - the summary listing I found on the website only reference Defense product lines, not what was in the book.

I keep trying to start Phase 1, but I'm befuddled on the supplements!

Is there anyone out there that has a translation, please and thank you!

The Eating Plan Outline on the page listed below should answer your questions regarding supplementation.  Let us know if this doesn't help you out.

My best advise is to get the eating down first then slowly start to introduce the supplements. Start with a Multivitamin, probiotic, calcium/magnesium, omega-3 oils, and estroX. These are the basics. I do understand that some people have alot of underlying issues that may require them to take a little more supplementation. The bottom line is if the eating is not perfect the supplements won't have maximum benefit. The products are to inhance and speed up the effects of a healthy diet.
