In spite of taking balanced diet it is necessary to do yoga regularly. Yoga is also a form of exercise which is very helpful in preventing the people from many diseases like diabetes, obesity, heart diseases, etc. So according to me people must do yoga in the morning regularly.

Whats the difference between Yoga, meditation and Kung fu? Heard kung fu masters also meditate, so what differentiates their meditation from yoga?
