If anybody wants to lose weight should completely avoid very low calorie diet plans or any other artificial type of fatty diet. According to the nutritionists effective way to lose weight is to reduce calories in and increase calories out. In the other hand you can include exercise for 20-45 minutes into your daily routine. These given facts ensure you to lose weight without regaining any more.
