I have lost 11.1 pounds in the first 6 days of the Anti estrogenic diet, I have a ton of energy and no cravings. Things I would of not stopped eating in the past don't even look good to me right now (chips, cookies, etc). Great way to overcome those addictive foods and pounds. Grin

I am not sure of what your diet is... is it eating only once a day as well?

If so, I have found that because I eat only once, I have to eat good quality food. If I choose pizza, pasta or sugars, I feel like complete garbage the next day and struggle. I used to crave sweets after meals and now want nothing to do with them at all. I don't know if I have lost weight in the past three weeks, since I stay off of the scale (it causes me grief and I get too obsessed with it).

My periods were brutal, and were showing up early all the time. I would have the sore swollen boobs and bloating a week after my period, which should not be happening. This month, my period did not come early and I think it will show up right on the 28 day cycle like it should. No sore boobs and bloating for me, and I am within a day of starting my period now.

I feel great, although I still have the 1-2 day "before the period" fatigue right now. It is not near as bad as it used to be though.
