while reading through the warrior diet, Ori makes quite a few references to colostrum, and ive been interested in getting my hands on some, but obviously there are so many out there, im trying to find the best bang for my buck as im a student, but at the same time, I dont want to compromise on quality. However i live in the U.K and unfortunatly dont have access to any of the warrior diet stuff, I also noticed you don't have any explicit products on your site so I can only assume it come in the warrior milk? so my question is what could you reccommend as alternatives? ive also read that some places suggest powder or chewable tablets are better than swallow tablets as mixing with the saliva is an important part of the process. What say all of ye?

edit: can anyone vouch for this stuff http://www.colostrumnz.com/zealand_colostrum_uk.htm
cheers

Hello, there.  I have purchase KAL brand colostrum powder via the internet--it seems th be the best quality/price ratio.  kalvitamins.com  Mixed w/ Warrior Milk and raw milk, it is a yummy, yummy post-exercise treat.  in fact,Ii am mixing one right now, 35 minuted after a killer kettlebell workout.

Good luck.
