I'd like to see some examples of what you all eat on your high fat days, Vs. your high carb days.
Thanks.

Mr Mojo:

In my application of the Warrior Diet, the terms "High Fat," "High Carb," and "Low Carb" all refer to the particular fuel component, or lack thereof, at the conclusion of the main meal. Essentially, besides these distinctions, each meal is the same. After beginning with a salad, I'll eat most of my cooked vegetables (which are often steamed). Next, I will usually eat some fermented food before, or combined with, the protein (and remaining vegetables).

On high fat days, the meal will be followed by nuts or seeds. Through experience, I've found seeds to be significantly more filling, so their amounts tend to be one-half to one-third less than that of nuts.

A high carb day will conclude the meal with a carbohydrate of choice. When cooking for myself, quinoa and amaranth are two of my favorites. At other times, rice and pasta are two of the most common choices. Sometimes, rather than ending the meal with the aforementioned starches, I will mix legumes with the protein.

Finally, on a low carb day, the meal ends without a nut, seed, starch or legume. If I am still hungry, an additional serving of protein will conclude such meals. Conversely, due to the exclusion of starch and fats, if I'm in the mood, a sweet dessert can be consumed instead.

Hopefully, this information will help you with the application of the Warrior Diet. A great deal of this application was derived from the Warrior Diet Fat Loss Program E-book, which I highly recommend.

My apologies for the delayed response.
