Non 24h under-over eating cycle

Hi everyone,
First, excuse me for my not very good English. I'm from Bulgaria, and before a month started with this awesome diet, and gained wonderful results - my body is more structured as never been before. So to come to the question. I train every day (just one day off weekly - and I choose this day off intuitively, it's not fixed) for strength with heavyweights. I use to work on night shifts - the scedule is 2 nights one after another x 12 hours every shift, 2 days off and because of this my under/overeating and mostly SLEEPING after overeating regime could be different from the 24 hours regime. I chose the following scheme: The first day off I undereat for 20h and overeat for 4h, after that sleep for about 8hours. 2nd day off I undereat 18h and overeat 6h, then have the same amount of sleep. Then the next day and night do not eat anything but some apple or cabbage, sometimes some nuts, coffee, black tea and etc. At the night I use to drink water, coffee and tea and take some nuts at work. Also take l-arginine and have some training for increasing my hormone levels (I'm trying to artificially increase the undereating phase, so not to fall asleep, because it's important my first working night not to sleep at all. The day after I overeat a great amount of food at 8p.m. and then have some hours of sleep at my working place (heheh). Thats my whole cycle. Is there any reccomendations, it it good or bad combining such big underating phase with normal 20 hours ones at the other three days?
Hope I'll have some good advices.
Thanks in advance!

As long as you are getting all of your nutrients, letting your adrenals relax (conscious deep breaths, etc.) I don't see a problem with it. Just make sure the day after the extended undereating really focus's on vital nutrients your body needs.
