I came up with this workout because I wanted a difficult bodywieght routine
the pull ups are a bastard.  I did it for the first time today and finished in 29min 17 sec
let me know if anyone tries it what you think


25 pullups to sternum
25 spiderman pushups
25 depth jumps
25 hanging knees to elbows
25 cross body mountain climbers
25 burpees  with pushup and jump
2 rounds for time

I cant do pull ups Sad
I have done spider man push ups when I was camping.
those are some tough ones you got there.  Embarrassed
